When does AskTransit launch?
Very soon, on the App Store and Google Play. Join the waitlist and we'll email you on launch day.
Is it on iPhone and Android?
Yes. AskTransit launches on both at the same time.
Do I need an account?
No. Plan trips, see nearby stops and check fares as a guest. Sign in with Google or Apple only to save places or get Plus.
Which cities does it cover?
TTC, GO Transit, MiWay, Brampton, YRT, Durham (DRT), Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Hamilton (HSR) and London (LTC). GO links them together. More cities are coming.
How accurate are the times?
We use the official schedules and live feeds each agency publishes. Routes come from real transit data, never guesses.
Is the fare exact?
It's a close estimate. We show the card price and the cheaper PRESTO price, with free transfers counted.
What do I get with Plus?
Step-by-step directions, live delays, the live bus map, alerts, voice and saved places. $3.99 a month or $29.99 a year, with 7 days free.
I'm just visiting. Do I need a subscription?
No. Grab a $2.99 pass for 7 days of Plus. It doesn't renew.
Can I cancel Plus anytime?
Yes. Cancel in a couple of taps. You won't be charged during the 7-day trial.
What about my location and data?
We use your location to plan trips. We don't keep it unless you save a place or trip. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
